Actually, there are no returns. Just refunds.

Why are you looking for a refund? How can we make it right? Please attach image proof of the damaged items and the order #.


Receive a refund

After your case has been reviewed, we will issue either a full or partial refund and cancel your Greeto QR code.


To qualify for a refund you and your order must satisfy the following conditions:
* Your order must have been made in the last 30 days.
* Your goods must not have any signs of use.
* You must provide a valid reason for the refund.

To begin, shoot us an email with your order number so we can begin to process it:!

PS. You aren't mistaken - you don't have to ship anything back to us. Really.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No writing must be present on a greeting card.

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable products
* Certain customizable products

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


We place items on sale when we attempt to get rid of overstocked items. Thus, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 23611 NE 89th St, Redmond, WA, 98053, United States. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
